1. Overview
At Moments, we respect your privacy and protect the media you upload.
We do not use your photos to train AI models. To generate your videos we send your photos to third-party AI providers listed below. Those providers process your photos under their own terms; our agreements with them do not authorize training on your data.
2. Data We Collect & How We Use It
- Photos you upload to generate your video.
- Payment details via SUMIT (not stored on our servers).
- Email for account, order updates, and sharing.
3. Third-Party Processors
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers strictly for the purposes shown: SUMIT (payments and Israeli tax invoices/receipts), Supabase (storage; Singapore/EU depending on region), Vercel (hosting; United States), fal.ai including Kling models (AI video generation; United States), Resend (email; United States), and PostHog (analytics; United States/EU, only after you accept cookies). Some processors are located outside Israel and the EEA, including the United States. By using Moments, you consent to international transfers for the purposes described.
4. Public sharing
If you choose to share a film or gift link, anyone with that URL can view the content for as long as the link remains active. Sharing is opt-in per film. You can stop sharing by deleting the shared link from your library or by contacting us.
Customer-support access
Only the Moments operator can open your library by impersonating your account, and only when needed to provide customer service. We do not browse libraries for any other purpose.
5. How long we keep data
Unused uploads that are not attached to a library film are deleted automatically after 30 days. Source photos for a film that remains in your library are kept so you can edit and reassemble it. The finished video stays until you delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time via the library or by contacting us.
6. Your rights
Where applicable (including GDPR), you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw analytics-cookie consent. Email us using the address below.
7. Children
Moments is not directed at children under 16 without a parent’s consent. If we learn we collected a child’s data in violation of this, we will delete it.
8. Security & international transfers
We encrypt the site with HTTPS and limit access to data. Processors may handle data outside Israel (for example in the EU or US). We use vendors with industry-standard safeguards.
